Adult Intensive

Dancer in a tutu for Adult Intensive.

CBA is proud to offer its Adult Intensive as an exciting and fun way to build community among fellow dance lovers. Started in 2021, it is a unique experience designed for the advanced beginner to intermediate level dancer, though all levels are welcome to attend. The program engages students in a variety of technique classes, explores choreography, and provides the opportunity to learn, rehearse, and perform repertoire. Open to ages 18 and up, the Adult Intensive culminates in an informal, in-studio showing of work staged on or choreographed specifically for participants.

Classes for 2025 may include ballet technique, variations, modern, contemporary, musical theater, repertoire, conditioning, and pre-pointe/pointe and will be taught by CBA faculty. Ballet classes feature live piano accompaniment.
